Rishi Agrawal -- Owner

Rishi Agrawal is an attorney and owner of The Agrawal Firm, LLC. He graduated from Northwestern University in 1995 and Loyola University Law School in 1998. After graduation he worked at the Will County Public Defender’s Office. At this office, he handled approximately twenty jury trials and close to one-hundred bench trials and hearings. Next, Rishi worked as an Associate at Segal, McCambridge, Singer & Mahoney — a mid-size law firm in Chicago. At this firm, Rishi handled toxic tort, complex commercial litigation, and products liability. Before opening his own firm, Rishi most recently worked for Eimer Stahl Klevorn & Solberg. At Eimer Stahl, Rishi handled complex commercial litigation and toxic tort matters. At both of these firms, Rishi had the opportunity to handle countless depositions, hearings, arbitrations/mediations, and second-chaired a civil jury trial.

After a decade of legal experience and wanting to serve his community, Rishi opened up his own law firm in the Spring of 2007. He has enjoyed significant success in representing small and mid-size businesses as well as individuals. He has handled complex litigation, family law, criminal law, and general corporate matters. Rishi offers unparalleled personal, efficient, and quality service.

Rishi is also active in the legal and general community. He is a past President of the Asian American Bar Association of Chicago, former Executive Director for the National South Asian Bar Association, and on the Advisory Council for the Indian American Bar Association of Chicago. He also enjoys writing a weekly legal column for the Indian Reporter.

Rishi lives in the South Loop of Chicago with his wife, Sweety, and his two daughters, Maya (4) and Ruhi (2).
